Eden Animal Rescue

In December 2024 Kennelbuild completed a full design and build block of 24 kennels for Eden Animal Rescue in Cumbria. Working as principal contractor we oversaw the entire process from start to finish. Our in house architectural and engineering teams worked tirelessly to meet the clients brief with our site team battling inclement weather as is par for the course in the stunning Eden Valley. During the design & engineering phase two separate area’s were creating to ensure that the isolation units could act autonomously from the main keel bloc. This required 2 HVAC, Heating, Waste, Kitchens and grooming area’s to minimise infection risk.

Additionally the existing kennel block was linked to the new block via secure corridor to allow dogs and guests to move seamlessly between the two buildings and utilise the secure play area’s.
