James and Sabrina Duncan wished to purchase the property in Weaverham, Northwich with a view to constructing a new boarding kennel facility for their son Rob and his partner Emma to run. The site was in a greenbelt area and as such had certain planning challenges, in order to mitigate this James engaged Kennelbuild to complete the planning application, purchasing the property with an option to back out if planning was not forthcoming. Despite the difficult nature of the site Kennelbuild designed the building, secured the relevant permissions and helped James tender the construction works to a local builder. Kennelbuild completed the specialist fit out of the building and the facility opened in 2018.
